X-Ray Grid

Aluminum Grid

Grid with aluminum interspacer and aluminum/carbon cover. This is the most commonly used grid and can be used for a variety of equipment including general radiography and fluoroscopy because it is a highly durable grid that does not easily change over time. The high-precision stacking technology and precise polishing provide excellent scattered ray rejection. In addition, moiré can be eliminated by using high-density grids (120 grids/cm, etc.). Based on years of accumulated test data, we can provide simulation data of grid physical characteristic values close to actual measurement values and optimal grid specifications.

Carbon Graphite Grid

This is a grid of carbon graphite interspacers and carbon covers. This is JPI's original grid manufactured by applying the cutting process used in semiconductor fabrication. The straightness and angle formation of the foil can be controlled with high precision, and since it can be manufactured up to 135 pieces/cm, it can prevent noise problems caused by the oscillating system of mammography equipment as well as tomosynthesis and angiography equipment, which require high precision.

Framed Grid (Custom Specification)

This process adds an aluminum frame to the grid. Since aluminum frames can be freely designed, they can be made handle-shaped to make it easier to insert and remove the grid from the photographic stand, or specially processed with grooves or magnets to enable additional functions such as specification identification and grid fixation. The frame is available in two types: an inner type that adheres closely to the image receiver, and an outside type that is sturdy and offers a high degree of freedom in design.
