Framed Grid (Standard Specification)

This process involves adding aluminum or stainless steel frames to the grid. Frames are attached to all four sides of the grid to protect it from impact. We offer a variety of options, including positioning frames that eliminate the need for manual alignment with the flat-panel detector, and frames specifically designed for FPDs that allow for use without compromising the performance of flat-panel detector.

■ Features

  • The frame protects the grid and prevents damage from impacts such as drops.
  • Since aluminum is used as the material, the frame is lighter and offers a pleasant tactile feel.
  • Rounded corners ensure safe use.

– Full-Frame Type

This design reinforces the perimeter of the grid with an aluminum frame, protecting it from impacts caused by drops and other incidents.

– Positioning Frame Type

This process reinforces the perimeter of the grid with aluminum. It prevents misalignment between the grid and the FPD, allowing for easy positioning.

– FPD-Specific Frame (Positioning Frame)

This process involves cutting notches into the sides of the frame. Since it does not cover the wireless antenna, it does not compromise communication quality.
Additionally, it allows for cable connection/disconnection and power operation while the grid remains attached.
The material for the FPD-specific frame is stainless steel.
