Carbon Graphite Grid
Because the foil has excellent straight-line stability and can be controlled with high precision, it is possible to suppress moiré patterns caused by foil irregularities.

■ Features
- The carbon graphite grid is a product developed using JPI’s proprietary manufacturing process. Through precision machining that applies cutting processes from the semiconductor industry, this product minimizes the moiré patterns caused by foil unevenness.
- It is ideal for mammography and angiography, which require delicate images. Since we can manufacture grids with up to 135 lines, it can also be used in applications requiring strict precision, such as tomosynthesis. Furthermore, by using high-density grids with 100 or more lines, the grid can be used without vibration, preventing noise issues caused by the vibration system of mammography devices.
- Since the foil thickness and grid line angles can be freely adjusted, and extremely small grids or crisscross grids can be manufactured, these products are ideal for research and development prototypes.
