• By using uniform aluminum and lead foils and precision polishing, we have achieved high-quality, uniform images.
• Using a grid optimized for high density (e.g., 120 lines/cm) to match the image receptor eliminates moiré patterns.
• We can provide simulation data with physical properties close to actual measurements and propose optimal grid specifications.
• By developing, manufacturing, and operating digital image analysis software in-house, we are now able to provide more stable and high-quality grids.
• In addition to 17 x 17 inches, we can also manufacture special sizes, such as medium- and long-length grids using large-area grids.

Traditionally, long or medium-sized grids have been manufactured by joining two or three grids together; however, this posed a challenge because the joint was located near the center of the image, interfering with the central portion of the image where the primary lesion is displayed.

We have developed technology that expands the maximum manufacturable grid size to 680 × 680 mm.
This allows the joint to be positioned at any desired location, enabling the production of grids where the joint does not interfere with the center of the image.
