Half-Value Layer Set

This set is used for half-value layer measurements in accordance with IEC standards. Half-value
layer measurement is an effective alternative to complex and time-consuming X-ray spectroscopy.

Accessories
■ QUART cu006 al05 (Added Filter for Pediatric)
This is a combination filter consisting of 0.06 mm thick copper with an additional 0.5 mm thick aluminum layer. It is used for imaging that requires high image quality at low radiation doses and is particularly effective for pediatric imaging.
This filter is also used as a protective measure to reduce radiation exposure for pediatric patients during X-ray examinations.

QUART offers added filters compliant with IEC standards.
Materials such as copper and aluminum can be selected to suit the modality.

■ QUART MK Measuring Cassettes (MK Measurement Fixtures)

These are mounting fixtures for QUART dosimeters used to perform accurate dose measurements. They allow for easy and repeatable positioning of the sensor on the X-ray image receptor during dose measurement, enabling highly precise management.
Hand holders are also available to attach to filters or sensors, making them easier to hold.
