Image Evaluation Phantom for General Radiography and Fluoroscopy
■ QUART SP_dl (SP_DL)
This image evaluation phantom is ideal for routine QA/QC. It can be used with both digital and analog systems for general radiography and fluoroscopy.
A single exposure provides all the parameters necessary for image quality control of X-ray systems.
The QUART SP_dl phantom complies with IEC, DIN 6868-150, DIN 6868-4, IPEM, ÖNORM, PN-EN, and AFSSAPS.
[Evaluation Criteria]
• Spatial resolution
• Low-contrast resolution
• Field alignment
• Image uniformity
• Artifacts/image defects
• Generator stability
• Beam quality
• Dose display

■ QUART SP_dl Extension (Optional)
This is a frame that extends the QUART SP_dl to 330 × 330 mm.

■ kV Calibration for SP_dl Test Object (Optional)
This is a test object used to measure voltage.
It allows you to easily verify the stability of the kV output from two different test objects (Yb, Pb).

■ QUART SP_digi
This image evaluation phantom is ideal for general radiography and fluoroscopy systems using CR, DR (CCD), and film.
Because it lacks a planar grid structure, it clearly depicts mixed foreign objects. It complies with IEC 61223-3-1 and -2-11, as well as DIN 6868-13, -58, and -150.

■ QUART SP_Vario
This image evaluation phantom is ideal for general radiography and fluoroscopy systems.
It can also be used for basic resolution testing of digital X-ray imaging modalities.
Because it lacks a planar grid structure, it clearly reveals artifacts that interfere with the imaging chain. It complies with DIN 6868-3 and 4.

X-ray Tube Focus Measurement Tool
■ QUART RAD Pinhole Camera
■ QUART MAMMO Pinhole Camera
■ QUART DENTAL Pinhole Camera
This is a measurement tool for X-ray tube focal spots. It is designed to accurately measure the width and length of the X-ray tube’s effective focal spot as projected onto the center of the radiation field. While the slit camera method requires two exposures, the pinhole camera method allows for the evaluation of focal spot dimensions with a single exposure, thereby reducing the time required for this assessment.
- Enables analysis of changes in focus over time
- Hotspots within the projected focal area are visualized with lower intensity, similar to the surrounding area.
- Focus images are used directly to analyze the focus density distribution.
- The pinhole coating material provides ideal contrast and sharpness.
- Compatible with AEC (Auto Exposure Control)

■ QUART ZTB
This is an easy-to-use beam alignment evaluation tool. It features a two-ring configuration for evaluating alignment accuracy.
The optional four-ring configuration allows you to evaluate the correlation of different angular values within a range of 0 to 6 degrees.

■ RAD Step Wedge
This is an aluminum step chart used to evaluate dose reproducibility and the sensitivity characteristics of film systems.
- Steps: 21 (1.5 mm wide)
- Dimensions: 231 × 110 × 31.5 mm

■ QUART NKK
This is a compact wedge tool for low-contrast evaluation.
It is designed to assess a wide range of contrast details in X-ray systems.
If this wedge remains visible against image noise, it allows for the precise identification of the visibility threshold (the limit of the Image Quality Factor (IQF) or the Contrast-Density (CD) curve).
It features a length of 4 cm and three low-contrast holes with a diameter of 2.0 mm.

■ QUART KAT 43×45 (Cat 43×45)
This tool is used to evaluate film adhesion in film systems.
A key feature of this evaluation tool is its open space design, which allows for optical density measurements.
- Mesh width: 3.2 mm
- Wire: 0.7 mm diameter

AEC Evaluation Kit / Additional Filters
■ QUART AEC RAD Test Set
The QUART AEC RAD Test Set is used to evaluate AEC (Automatic Exposure Control) functionality.
Additional sheets can be added upon request.
- Size: 240 × 240 mm
- Thickness: 20 mm × 9 pieces / 10 mm × 1 piece / 5 mm × 2 pieces

■ QUART al25.0
This is an aluminum-coated filter designed to meet the standards used in quality assurance (QA) testing for general radiography and fluoroscopy systems.
It features an adapter that fits a variety of rails.
- Thickness: 25 mm
- Purity: 99.5%
- Track gauge: 176 mm or 169 mm

■ Filter Adapter
This is an adjustable rail adapter for filters. It accommodates widths from 98 mm to 174 mm and can be mounted on a variety of rails.
